We aim to bring legibility to the area, with the Docklands currently not having a cohesive feel across the whole site.

NOISE 

The community may be affected by the noise pollution produced by the London City Airport.

EMPLOYMENT

Currently there is not much employment available in the surrounding areas that is an easy commute away for the community.
