The Docklands have suffered greatly in the past. With the decline of the docking industry, the area experienced poverty and social decline. Our community-led scheme aims to rejuvenate and reinvent the area, a previous brownfield site, and create a space that will be used and loved by many. In the years to come there will be economic growth, jobs, housing and open spaces that will benefit the community, positively rebranding the area.
