With reference to local examples we have devised a model determining our preferred legal structure.

Through forming a CLT, we will provide the most direct form of community empowerment to residents and workers of the Millennium Mills in shaping their own local built environment.

Outlined in the figure are examples of community benefit in which this structure focuses on, such as providing affordable housing (at 1/3 of market rate), maintaining community assets and providing life skills/ education within the planning industry to members.
