Through carefully selected collaboration with Ethex, a perfect example of an enterprise created to facilitate community finance, we have created our own public sourced funding scheme.

Through community finance, Silo D, a grade 2 listed building will be acquired by the community. In initial development stages, we will list this as an Asset of Community Value, and use our rights in accordance to Community Right To Bid enabling us 6 months of crowd-funding from local residents to achieve the total amount needed.
​
Residents and investors will be re-payed on an annual basis via dividends. This is funded via rental income from work-shop space and events and will provide a 3% interest on all investment.
