Through the use of mixed density blocks we will achieve true communal symbiosis with housing types to suit all demographics living and working within the area.

We focused on an even distribution of medium and low density builds, containing gardens in which local people stated as a priority when designing the area. This combined with excellent public realm leads to even high density areas seeming spacious and open with excellent surveillance throughout, making it a more permeable area for commuters to use.
