Literature Review and Framework for implementation.
This manual shows that while the name Transit-Orientated development suggests a focus on transport; research suggests that in order to discourage independent motorised vehicles the attractiveness of the public realm is vitally important to creating a behavioral shift towards active transport.

Future-Proofing for Sustainable Communities,
Research Project.
This research aims to identify how urban design and planning policies can
enable the efficient adaptation of residential units to respond to societal changes
that succeed over time. As well as highlighting the importance of designing
purpose-built adaptable homes in the future.
